OE-Level All System Diagnosis

OTOFIX D1 shares same diagnosis software as Autel Maxisys MS906/ MS906BT. It can perform dealer-ship level diagnostics on all available electronic systems including Engine/ Transmission/ ABS/ Airbag/ Body/ Chassis/ HVAC/ and etc to read/clear codes, view live data (Engine fuel trim /Misfire/ Enhanced EVAP/Trans live data, Heated oxygen sensors) and view freeze frame so on.



Bi-Directional Control

OTOFIX D1 can actuate solenoids and actuators for active tests. It can send commands to various systems/sub-systems components to test their working status without using the vehicle controls, active tests such as injector test, EGR test, ACG on/ off, Radiator test, Windows, Wipers, Sunroof test, helping you troubleshooting/ locating question more efficiently and accurately.

Autel developed pro-level car scanner D1 can perform dealership level reset procedures to complete repairs/maintenance. Services include Oil reset, Injector coding, ABS bleeding, Throttle reset, DPF reset, SCR reset, Gear learning, Clutch learning, Suspension, EPB reset, SAS reset, WIN_DR_ROOF, Seats etc.  (Please note that services functions are not universal)

Oil Service Reset – Performs reset for the Engine Oil Life system, which calculates an optimal oil life change interval depending on the vehicle driving conditions and climate, and turns off the warning light;
TPMS Service – Quickly looks up the tire sensor IDs from the vehicle's ECU, as well as perform TPMS programming and reset procedures after tire sensors are replaced;
EPB Service – Initialize the throttle actuators to the default state for regulating throttle (or idle engine) operations accurately;
ABS/SRS Services – Performs various bi-directional tests to check the operating conditions of both the Anti-lock Braking System and the Supplemental Restraint System;
SAS Service – Performs steering angle adjustment, clears steering sensor fault memory, and turns off steering wheel warning light;
DPF Regeneration Service – Clears particulate matter from the DPF filter to stabilize the filter performance.
BMS Service - Perform a reset on the vehicle battery for clearing the fault information and re-match the battery;

IMMO Service - Clear the lost car key's information and program the new key into the ECU database to protect the user's car from being stolen;
Injector Coding - Make the cylinder better identify injector after ECU or injector is replaced;
SAS Service - to perform calibration for the Steering Angle Sensor and clear steering sensor fault memory;

Full TPMS Functions

OTOFIX D1 TPMS service tool comes with comprehensive TPMS functions. 
It packed ALL TPMS service options: TPMS programming(MX-Sensors), sensors Relearn/Activation, TPMS Reset and TPMS health diagnose, read and clear DTCs and show DTC description on the screen, program MX-sensors, read sensor data, sensor live data, key fob frequency test, etc.
 
Real Time Data

The real-time data function allows you to view different types of parameters in real time and in the most suitable form to best check the data. The parameters are displayed as analogue graphics, text or list form, waveform graphics, or digital graphics. With this function, you can not only read real-time data, but also save data for later reviews.

VCI Bluetooth Connection:

The OTOFIX D1 diagnostic tool can be paired with the VCI via Bluetooth so that the data is transmitted wirelessly. The VCI can be used with an OBD2 port for data transfer and allows you to move more freely and check the TPMS sensors more easily.
Note: A VCI can be paired with just one scanner every time.
